I don't usually write reviews unless I feel compelled to do so. In this case, Ewing Subaru of Plano deserves it! Firstly, it was freezing outside, and Grant, my salesman, greeted me outside. He quickly sat me down, got what was needed, and went on a test drive. Very knowledgable about features and even gave some tips about buying a car. Talk about honesty and transparency! He was willing to negotiate on an AS-IS vehicle and kept in touch throughout the whole process. His director, Matt, was also superb. He stepped in when needed and stated he wanted to do the right thing. They also helped out with some other issues and were not obligated at all. No doubt about it, they went above and beyond and beyond again. It's an 11/10 family-owned dealership, and these two deserve some recognition! Thank you
Stephen and David were absolutely amazing to work with and very personable. It was worth driving from Greenville, Texas to purchase an Ascent with Ewing Subaru. I will be recommending the both of them to my friends and family. Also I’m going to drive to Plano for servicing just to stop by and say hi to them. Danny, Frank and Connor were exceptional. Danny has a consistent non-pushy always willing to help SALES pitch that must win him many sales. Frank is all business but is continuously respectful and knows how to negotiate. Connor not only kept us laughing, but was able to convince my wife to purchase two warrantees for the Vehicle, which is usually an impossibility. This team of three deserves to climb the corporate ladder at Ewing Subaru. They were all very courteous and respectful and know how to get the job done. We will recommend Ewing Subaru, to all of our friends and family. Thanks again for the fantastic experience.
Excellent car shopping experience at Ewing Subaru in Plano. This was a very no pressure, no rush experience, which you don’t always see in car shopping. We gained a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles we were considering, and our salesman, Ross, gave us as much time as we wanted to check out the cars without overcrowding us. He was easily available for questions and test drives, was very respectful and kind, and he didn’t hover when we needed time to talk. Test driving was easy and educational as Ross explained the features of the new car and was patient and calm during the drives. We also had an excellent experience when it came time to work out the financing part of our purchase. We were treated respectfully and without pressure as we worked through the loan contract and options for extended warranty. All questions were fully answered and options fully explained. Subaru also has programs in which they give back to the community (see pictures). I highly recommend a visit here when you are considering a new car.
Everything was perfect and easy with Jeremiah! The finance gentleman was extremely nice and easy to work with as well. I love my new car it's the first car that I've bought that's newer than 10 years old. And I plan on keeping it for a long time. I've never owned a car that's not a Chevy before, and this was an amazing experience!
My first time buying a Subaru and it was great. Only knowing that they have highest safety rating and have all wheel drive all the time, I didn’t know much else. Edwin told me all about Subaru and the car. I got. Great deal and everyone was so nice. I love my car!
Excellent experience, I bought my first Subaru (2016 WRX) after test driving several Toyota & Lexus models at other dealerships. My experience at Ewing was superior in pretty much every aspect to the other dealerships. Friendly people, low pressure, great car, fair price. I would highly recommend you ask for Grant who was my salesperson. Grant was a straight shooter; he was upfront and honest with me about the defects of the car right from the start before I even noticed them. There were no invasive questions about my income/credit before or after the test drive, he just let me drive the car, talked about the features I wasn't familiar with and let the car sell itself without resorting to scare-tactics to pressure a sale. All my questions and concerns about the car were taken seriously and addressed, at one point he grabbed someone from the service department to run a diagnostic scan and explain something to me. I wanted to do a 3rd-party inspection with my trusted mechanic before making a final decision and I was able to do that around my schedule. After my mechanic gave it a clean bill of health the purchase went fast & smoothly. 5 stars
Subaru Ascent Purchase! We recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Ascent from Ewing Subaru of Plano, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, it was a truly exceptional car buying process. A huge shoutout to Arturo, our sales consultant. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to our needs and preferences. He made the entire process comfortable and never pressured us. Arturo's friendly demeanor and expertise made finding the perfect Ascent a breeze. The dealership itself is fantastic. We were so impressed with how family-friendly the facility is. It made bringing our kids along much less stressful. What truly stood out, though, was how dog-friendly Ewing Subaru is! Our furry family member had a blast in their on-site dog park, and the staff made him feel welcome throughout the dealership. It's clear they understand that pets are part of the family, and that made a huge difference to us. Once we found the perfect Ascent, Connor with the finance team was incredibly efficient. They were transparent, explained everything clearly, and got us in and out with ease. The paperwork process was smooth and quick, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, our experience at Ewing Subaru of Plano was outstanding. The combination of their welcoming atmosphere, excellent staff (especially Arturo!), and efficient processes made purchasing our 2025 Ascent a joy.
